Welcome to Stickman Sabers ("Company," "we," "us," or "our"). By accessing or purchasing from our website, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). Please read them carefully before making any purchase.

If you do not agree to these Terms, you must not access or use our store.

1. Products and Descriptions

We sell decorative and collectible saber replicas ("Sabers" or "Products"). These are handcrafted or manufactured prop items intended for display, cosplay, collection, and theatrical use by adults. All product names, descriptions, and imagery on our site are original and proprietary to Stickman Sabers.

Our Products are not affiliated with, endorsed by, or connected to any film studio, entertainment company, franchise, or intellectual property holder. Any resemblance to products depicted in popular culture is coincidental and intended only to serve the collector and cosplay community.

2. Age Requirement

You must be at least 18 years of age to purchase from our store. By placing an order, you confirm that you are 18 or older. We reserve the right to cancel any order if we have reason to believe the purchaser does not meet this requirement.

3. Intended Use

Our Sabers are sold strictly for the following lawful purposes:

  • Display and home decoration

  • Cosplay, costume, and theatrical performance

  • Private collection

  • Photography and film prop use

You agree that you will not use our Products as actual weapons, for illegal purposes, or in any manner that could cause harm to yourself or others. We are not liable for any misuse of our Products.

4. Intellectual Property

All content on our website, including but not limited to product names, descriptions, logos, photographs, and branding, is the exclusive property of Stickman Sabers or its licensors. No content may be reproduced, distributed, or used commercially without our prior written consent.

Our Products are original designs. We do not claim any trademark or intellectual property rights belonging to third parties. If you believe a product infringes upon a third-party right, please contact us immediately so we may investigate and address the concern.

5. Orders and Payments

5.1 Order Acceptance

Placing an order constitutes an offer to purchase. We reserve the right to accept, decline, or cancel any order at our sole discretion, including due to product unavailability, pricing errors, or suspected fraudulent activity.

5.2 Pricing

All prices are listed in U.S. Dollars originally unless otherwise stated. We reserve the right to change prices at any time without prior notice. Price changes will not affect orders already confirmed.

5.3 Payment

Payment is due in full at the time of purchase. We accept major credit cards and other payment methods as displayed at checkout. You represent that you have the legal right to use any payment method provided.

6. Shipping and Delivery

We ship domestically and internationally where permitted by law. Estimated delivery times are provided in good faith but are not guaranteed. We are not responsible for delays caused by carriers, customs, or circumstances beyond our control.

Before your order is dispatched, each Saber is carefully inspected, tested, and packaged to ensure it arrives in perfect condition. Please allow 3 to 7 business days for order processing and preparation prior to shipment. You will receive a tracking number via email once your order has been handed off to the carrier.

Title and risk of loss for Products pass to you upon our delivery of the Products to the carrier. 


7. Returns and Refunds

We want you to be satisfied with your purchase. Our return policy is as follows:

  • Returns are accepted within 30 days of delivery for items in original, unused condition.

  • Items that are damaged due to customer misuse or neglect are not eligible for return.

  • Custom or personalized orders are final sale and non-refundable.

  • Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the buyer unless the item arrived damaged or defective.

8. Lifetime Electronics Warranty

Stickman Sabers stands behind the quality of our Products. We offer a Lifetime Warranty on all electronic components included in our Sabers, including but not limited to LED systems, sound boards, recharge ports, and motion sensors.

8.1 What Is Covered

This Lifetime Warranty covers defects in materials and workmanship affecting the electronic components of your Saber. If any covered electronic component fails or malfunctions under normal use, we will replace the defective component or the entire unit, at our sole discretion, free of charge.

8.2 How to Make a Warranty Claim

To submit a warranty claim, please contact our support team with the following:

  • Proof of purchase (order number or receipt)

  • A description of the malfunction or defect

  • Photos or video demonstrating the issue, where applicable

Once your claim is reviewed and approved, we will provide instructions on the defective item and ship the replacement at no cost to you.

8.3 What Is Not Covered

This Lifetime Warranty does not cover:

  • Physical damage caused by dropping, crushing, immersion in water, or other accidents

  • Damage resulting from unauthorized modifications, disassembly, or repairs

  • Cosmetic damage such as scratches, dents, or worn finishes

  • Damage caused by use inconsistent with these Terms or our product guidelines

  • Normal wear and tear on non-electronic parts

8.4 Transferability

This Lifetime Warranty is non-transferable and applies only to the original purchaser of the Product.


9. Disclaimer of Warranties

OUR PRODUCTS AND SERVICES ARE PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT ANY WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, OR NON-INFRINGEMENT.

We do not warrant that our website will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of viruses or other harmful components.

10. Limitation of Liability

TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, STICKMAN SABERS SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF OUR PRODUCTS OR SERVICES, EVEN IF WE HAVE BEEN ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES.

Our total liability to you for any claim arising out of or relating to these Terms or our Products shall not exceed the amount you paid for the specific Product giving rise to the claim.

11. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Stickman Sabers and its officers, directors, employees, and agents from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising from:

  • Your use or misuse of our Products;

  • Your violation of these Terms;

  • Your violation of any applicable law or regulation;

  • Any claim that your actions caused damage to a third party.

12. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Switzerland without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

Any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms or our Products shall first be attempted to be resolved through good-faith negotiation. If negotiation fails, disputes shall be submitted to binding arbitration.

You waive any right to participate in a class action lawsuit or class-wide arbitration against us.
